It's a Trap!
Sharon Carter ran into the base with a dozen S.H.I.E.L.D. agents at her back. Intel had said that HYDRA was working on a new weapon at this location and Sharon led a team in to recover the weapon and the data on it. They stormed in with guns blazing.

Sharon had gotten into the main computer room and started downloading files when there was a sharp prick to the back of her neck.

Then the world went black.

The shoulder hit Cap in the gut knocking him back on to the ground. He then quickly tried to scramble back to his feet..

Crossbones tried to get a kick in before Cap got to his feet.

Captain America reached out to grab Crossbones foot as he kicked at him to unbalance him and knock him of his feet.

Crossbones was too slow and Cap caught his foot. He hopped on one foot for a moment and then he started to fall.

Captain America took advantage of this time to get back on his feet then tried to smash his shield into Crossbones again.

The shield connected with Crossbones' skull and the man slipped into unconsciousness.

Steve left Crossbones unconscious as he continued on to try and find Sharon.
