Just a Misunderstanding
Teleporting was always disconcerting and disorientating. One moment they were in Oklahoma and the next they were in New York City right outside of the Avengers mansion.

Tryggvi reared and pawed at the air. Svalin put a hand on his neck and tried to calm him down. "Easy! Calm down Tryggvi! Please."

A second after their arrival the alarm started sounding.

Anya figured that was about as close as the woman was going to get to being nice. A warning buzz sounded in her ear and she ignored it. There would be time to check the suit's systems later. The electricity probably messed some things up. At least it hadn't reached her or her nanites might have been fried...again.

"The daughters and son of Thor are welcomed here. If you would have identified yourselves when we first asked we could have avoided hostilities."

"Perhaps," she reflected. Though she would be quick to point out that it was not she who had started things. "But once mine siblings get started... it becomes quite difficult to calm them again. Mine brother in particular oft becomes quite lost in the lust for a fight."
