What If: When We Begin
Anya removed her helmet and stepped out of the suit of armor. She was drenched from head to toe with sweat despite the suit's environmental controls and the shorts and tank top she wore were plastered to her skin. Anya did always tend to run a bit on the hot side and it had been quite a workout. She sat down and straddled the bench in the locker room. She laid back and stared up at the ceiling.

All of her limbs felt rubbery and she didn't think she could move. She didn't want to move. This bench was nice and comfy. She could stay here a day or two.

She sighed and knew she would have to move. She had things to do. There was a new suit of armor that needed to be worked on.

	The addition of the bit 'at the house' gets a grin. "Miss Stark, does this mean you're going to be running around in the altogether at home?" she questions playfully, digging through her stuff to find suitable town clothes. The idea has its appeal. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"I'll be looking forward to it." Actually, before they reached the stage of doing too much, she was quite sure she wanted a long talk first. 	"Dear, huh? Ok, I can get used to that." Sarah agrees, heading out once Anya is ready, and heading for the garage. Sure, letting Anya drive might normally be dangerous, but then she was mostly invulnerable and all - and Anya would enjoy driving the jeep more. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Anya grinned. "I like the sound of that." Anya glanced over at Sarah as she drove and realized that right now everything is perfect and she was happy. Life couldn't get much better at the moment. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Its definitely hard to get a lot better than this. On vacation with her crush... girlfriend. Yeah, that line of thought was going to take some getting used to.

Thankfully, the ride isn't far. She's starving. She was a guerilla fighter long enough to learn to deal without food for long periods when she had to, but really prefers not to.

She gets out of the car, moving around to offer Anya a hand out. "So what're your plans, for the near future, anyway?"

She considers the menu, letting Anya order first, and settles for the cheeseburger in paradise. She's willing to try all sorts of things, but usually not for a meal right after a morning workout, even if it was dinner time here.

"You are seriously going to need to take me out some and introduce me to more cuisine. I'm still used to thinking in Battleworld or whatever can be scrounged up when pizza or burgers aren't available."
