Jack chewed his lip, fidgeting as he stared at the front gate again. Finally, he hit the button. "Hi... I'm looking for, uh.. Swashbuckler? I was wondering if he wanted to go out for ice cream."

He was probably overstepping his bounds, but hey, that was what he did.

Little things like where he lives are pushed to the side as Jack is focusing in on figuring out which flavor of ice cream he likes best.

Steve turned his own focus back to his ice cream. Chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, and whipped cream were a good combination in his book.
