They were seated at a table and given menus. It didn't take long to decide what they wanted to eat and place their orders. Drinks were brought and they sipped them while they waited for their food.
"The Fall Formal is coming up soon," she said. "Would you like to go? With me?" Cait didn't take it for granted that he would go or go with her for that matter. They were just starting out with this.
