Cait smiled. The same smile that she got when she was planning to do something to Rufus or Corey. She casually reached out with her powers and found the glass of water on the guy's table. A moment later the glass fell over and the water dumped onto the man's lap.
He stopped staring and started to grab napkins to mop up the water.
"Something like that?"
