Friends in Armor?
Harvey had gotten very well acquainted with Pepper and Happy. And, over time, they suggested he got to know the kids of their Tony and Rhodey. So that's what Harvey did. Using Pepper as his connection, arrangements were made to meet Anya Stark.

He was sitting down outside at a coffee shop, early for his meeting with her.

He thought back to his first time helping Uncle Tony. The guy could have done it on his own, but he trusted Harvey to help it. It was a great feeling.
