Moving In
Mac had gotten his bookshelf and sports gear out of Grandma Gloria's storage unit and into his new apartment. He had everything Kassi'd bought so far in her new apartment, down the hall on the same floor.

And now, back in all that fresh outdoor New York air, on the roof of said building, Mac indulged in a warmup workout before getting ready to head to Avengers mansion.

"Huh...." Jack considers that, then hurls his apple off the roof, before shooting out a webline to grab it and pull it back.

"I'm not Spider-Man." He takes a bite, shrugging.

"It's just awkward is all. I've got nothing from before when I was at the shelter, but I keep getting this... this DRIVE to go out and fight crime. I mean... I like helping people, but it's deeper than that."

He finishes his apple, then boxes up his thermos again.

"Anyway, I'm sorry to have interrupted whatever you were doing up here and being all depressing."

He reaffixes his lunchbox into his bag and his mask morphs back into place. "It was nice talking to you. Do... do you mind if I still stop by here for my usual lunch spot?"
