Giving Thanks

In America today is a day for being thankful for the things in people's lives. Today was a day to celebrate family, friends, prosperity and health with food, family and friends. It is a time to reflect on what is important us and to recognize the gratitude we hold for having those things in our lives.

Thunderbolts

They had been invited down to celebrate with the Avengers, but the Thunderbolts would stay in Cambridge and have their own celebration. Anya would head down to New York later to spend some time with her family, but she would share a meal with her other family. Her team.

The meal was catered of course. The Thunderbolts were short in the cooking skills department.

Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, green beans were followed up by apple, cherry and pumpkin pies. With vanilla ice cream for on top.

"On it." CeCe said, bringing out a large serving tray out with glasses, plates, and flatware on it. She carried the tray with one hand...a carryover of her waitressing days back in high school.

She picked up a glass, and gestured over it, concentrating...and from her hand, 5-6 ice cubes, molded to look like a 3D version of the Thunderbolts logo, fall into the glass. "Practicing fine motor control." CeCe grins. "Do I have enough? Is it just the six of us or do we have guests coming?"
