What Happens in Vegas, Doesn't Stay in Vegas
Valentine's Day had been busy to say the least. Getting married in Vegas and the flying back to New York for the charity auction left little time to tell the parents that Anya and Steve got married. So the solution was to invite them all to dinner on the fifteenth and break the news to them that way.

Anya made reservations at The Capital Grille for a private room and then sent invites to her parents and Steve's parents. Privacy was needed because she wasn't quite sure what the reactions would be.

Anya put on a simple black dress, heels and did her hair. She arrived with Steve and were shown to the private room and their table. She held his hand while they waited for the parents to arrive.

Tony returns to the table with his wife, smiling brightly and sitting back down.

"Anya and Steve...while I am not keen on you two doing this without inviting any of us, I realize that you two are adults and know what you want. You've reached out and taken that; for that, I'm happy. Steve, welcome to the family. I'm glad that Anya chose a courageous young man to spend her life with." Tony says.

"And speaking of welcoming people to the family...Clint, how do /you/ feel about more children?" Tony asks, shifting to look at his old friend.

	“Well I always wanted a baseball team but Bobbi said no to that ever happening,” Clint says. He definitely felt like he was getting setup over something though he couldn’t tell what but Tony had that look in his eyes and then there was Steve’s reaction to it. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Clint, I'm glad you're so open-minded. I think you'd really like to meet our daughter, Stephanie. She's a really sweet girl, even if she does that whole 'gruff exterior' thing you're so fond of." Tony says.

"Oh, and before you wonder what I'm talking about...when I say our daughter...I mean yours." Tony smiles, grinning from ear to ear like the Cheshire cat.

"Oh, and mine." he finishes.

And then Tony waits for it, his hand subtly moving to his pocket to grab his phone.

Tony gets a snapshot of Clint's expression with his camera-phone. No matter what happened in the next few minutes, this was going to be worth every second of tonight.

"Well, Stephanie comes from a dimension where a female version of /me/ is married to you. Stephanie's a sweet girl. Loves cars, but she's got your way with words. When you look at it, Clint, this is really the culmination of our decades-long, completely heterosexual bromance." Tony explains.

"Steve, it /is/ called a bromance, right? Like you and Charlie's friendship?" he asks, just to confirm.

"Anyway, Clint, I just wanted to tell you, because you need to know and, well...

...because you...complete me." Tony says.

And then begins to laugh.

Loudly.

	Tony's seen that twitch in Clint's face before. It's /usually/ followed by someone ending up with an ice-pack on their face. "But, Clint, we're supposed to be celebrating!
