If Chris had a tail at the moment, it would have been poofed and pointing straight up. She didn't give her mom the victory of getting a whine out of her though, distracting herself with shaking Ohu's hand.
She does turn back when her mom mentions Simon. "I thought I was the one going to say hi to Uncle Simon. How much catching up do you have in mind?" She nudged her mom teasingly.
"And by a fierce fighter, he means I had him pinned under one paw." She smirks a little, pleased with herself, even if the whole thing turned a little weird.
