Putting Things Into Motion
Mikel Fury had decided that it was about time to implement his plans for his father. His sister, willingly or unwillingly, would be key to those plans. The past few months' worth of work were coming to a head and this moment.

He sent a text to his sister and asked her to meet him at Brasil Coffee House on Lexington Ave. It was quiet and not busy at this time of the day. It would be perfect for what he had in mind.

Mikel sat a small table with Virgo and waited for his sister. Not far from them, Gemini, Grigory Genovese, and Leo sat drinking a cup of coffee. It always paid to have backup.

She didn't believe it for a second, but there was little she could do about it. Furys were a suspicious lot, and they only had each other as family to depend on.

Besides, she really didn't want to think of herself as high maintenance or in need of special handling. That was no way to earn a leadership position.
