Sydney was standing in the door to the jet and had seen the whole thing. She had to tell the other Defenders what had happened.
She turned to Sarah. "The plane is on autopilot and will take you to New York. Hit the launch button if I'm not back in five minutes." She kissed Zoey on the top of her head. "Be good and listen to Sarah."
With that Syd ran back the way they had come and then outside.
