She was so beautiful.
It was pretty much all Kristoff could think about as he kissed her again after his shirt hit the floor.
That and how much he wanted to make her happy, just to make her happy.
It certainly seemed to be going well, too. The strange tension she seemed to be under so much lately seemed to have been lifted. He was certainly doing his best to make her as comfortable as possible.
"I love you, Cassandra," he whispered.

"It is entirely possible to love someone and consider them impossible to deal with. I'd think I'm the least of such contradictions in your mind." Vincent replies with a slight smirk.

Yes Kristoff, he loves you too.

"Don't give her too much space. You two seem to let your aggravations take root, rather than dissipate."

Another small smile. "Point conceded."

"As is that one, to an extent, but I can assure you, she does not want me to go back down there right now."

"I'm fairly certain I could restore you from whatever she could do to you. Provided I could salvage at least 87.35% of your bodily material." Vincent replied casually, wandering over to Kristoff's bookshelf, (only works of fiction, all relevant texts were either backed up digitally or kept in filing cabinets), plucking off a somewhat battered leatherbound collection.

He flipped through the pages, looking between the book and Kristoff. "If I may ask something of less dire intensity?"

Kristoff manages to smile just a bit more at the choice of book. "You may."

"Is it... necessary to actually ask Andrea verbally to be my date for the wedding? I'm not sure what the protocol is in a situation where she'd have reason to attend even without being my girlfriend." He furrows his brow as he turns to Kristoff.

"I believe officially asking for her company would only be necessary were not both of you expected to stand with us, yes." Kristoff says.

"Thank you."

Vincent paused. "There is no real need for you or Cassandra to intentionally propel the bouquet and/or garter in our respective directions."

"I had no such intention." Beat. "What Cassandra does is her own concern."

Vincent seems to be mulling over the potential hazards.

"Extendable arms... of course there's always the rest of the bridal party and female guests to contend with..." He murmurs to himself.

"Speaking of guests... do you have any besides myself? I'm sure I could beat the bushes to bring some of the city's notables in to fill out your side. It would do wonders for our public image, for one thing, along with leaving the assembled seated not quite so skewed in Cassandra's favor so staggeringly."

"...I think simply changing the seating arrangements would be far more appropriate than padding the guest list, Vincent. Which, yes, would consist exclusively of you on 'my side' if so arranged."
