Ham-fisted recruitment
There had been a big incident with monsters and the armor. Followed by her having men in suits from the government bringing her in to have a very long conversation with her. She had been very tired from the fight and had to fight to not let anything slip.

But they knew about the armor. They knew about the fact she fought monsters and was pretty good at tracking information down on them. They knew pretty much everything about her.

It was very unnerving. And even more unnerving to be left alone in that windowless office to just wait.

Apparently someone wanted to talk to her.

She was having an 'oh crap' moment.

	She blinks adjusting her glasses. Then gives Agent Sunset a closer look while feeling her guy churn. Wait. Big Hero 6? "What does the Big Hero 6 want with a college student, Agent Sunset?" That's right, she goes to school by day fights monsters by night. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

She blinks a few times and her glasses slip down her nose.

"It wasn't a very big ogre."

That's not the point and she knows it.

"How did you find out about me? I thought I had been careful."

She had lost her helmet during the fight against the ogre. She remembered getting bounded into a length of steel at that construction sight. Just thinking about that fight has her back ache.

	She blinked at Amiko. "The armor supplements what training I do..." Oh. It's sinking in now. She blinks and smiles a little more. She adjusts her glasses again and takes the offered hand. Mostly to show she's willing to trust Amiko.

"Okay. I... It's going to be weird for me. I was raised to know I'd likely be working alone. Papa said since the armor was gifted to our ancestor we've never kept allies for long.

We try to stay out of the lime light so we can protect Japan from things people shouldn't have to see."

"Well. We know that our ancestor earned the favor of a kitsune. He was a ronin he saved her from harm and she was the servant of a god. She gave him the armor because she admired his noble spirit. The armor goes stronger and weaker with the moon. Different protection levels.

It also self-repairs and demands that the bearer eats a great deal of food. And it.... It attracts evil to me."

She looks uncomfortable. "Also only men can truly bond to the armor. Because of this sometimes when I transform back I don't have all my clothes, just so you know. I mean aside from the not being able to retire it's not so terrible. I just.... have to be sure to continue the bloodline someday. That's part of my duty."

	Kayura looks thoughtful after Amiko introduces herself. Her family hadn't been involved in clan politics truly for a very long time. They had been lucky that way. But she sill heard things. That has her looking very curious. Then she tilts her head while thinking it all over.

"I guess that makes sense. I hadn't paid attention to the news about the team... my life was very busy when your team came about."

The armor had just bonded to her. Her father was dead and she still wondered if her mother still lived. She wouldn't ask anyone about that though. There was no need to ask for help.

"Will you be asking the kensai to assist with my training? Out of armor my sword skills are.... what my father called passable. If he had lived I would still be training under him."

	It had been almost nine months. Kayura had mourned her father and taken her grief out on any monster that threatened innocent lives.
