Tessa stayed huddled in the corner even after the lights came back on. She watched Misha in his cell until they came and took him away. The guilty feeling got worse when they dragged him out of the cell and took him away. Tessa knew where they were taking him and what they were going to do to him.

There had to be a way to help him and his brother even from within this cell. The question was what could she do from in here and with her powers. It wasn't like she could blast her way out or even use her powers on the guards in the immediate area.

Tessa stood up and started pacing. There had to be a way out of here. Nothing was escape proof. She just had to think this through. While anyone wouldn't consider her a genius, she wasn't an idiot either and wasn't a mass of flesh like Nicholas. Given time she could figure things out on her own. The problem was she didn't know how much time she had before they came to get her for reprogramming.

Before a plan or an idea could take root in her head, the lock on the door to her cell clicked open. Cautiously she approached the door and tried it. It opened and she took a hesitant step into the hallway. Not a guard in sight. This was definitely unexpected and she wondered if it was a setup. Now she was just waiting for Nicholas to appear out of nowhere and kill her while she was 'attempting to escape' or some other thin excuse like that.

While she had some temporary freedom, she may as well try to get the younger Logan kid out of his cell and try to get him out of the complex. Carefully and very cautiously she walked over to his cell.

	Spectre didn't let up. He drained as much as he could as fast as he could. This mutant was strong and Spectre could already feel the power-up he was getting. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

As soon as the guy is in close, still feigning being worse off than he is to try and keep the guy unaware, Jordan lashes out, trying to get the guy when he's not at a good angle to get his fet under him and dodge. Given that these are probably well trained agents, judging by the locale, he figures he's only going to get this one shot, and he's already feeling a lot weaker.

	Spectre would have phased before the hit landed, but as it was he was caught unaware. The blows hit and Spectre goes flying back toward a wall. He was aware enough to allow himself to go through the wall and preventing some damage and pain from hitting it. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Damnit, not only does this guy have some way of hurting him, but he phases too. Meaning that the same trick probably isn't going to work twice. After a few moments of genuine worry, a plan hits him, and he starts busting through walls again, looking for something specific as he works his way through the high tech base, waiting for the guy to catch up to him again. Spectre followed, waiting for the right moment to strike again. The kid was tough and Spectre knew he couldn't take him toe to toe. Whereas the kid relied on brute strength and toughness, Spectre relied on brains.

Taking a chance, he ran parallel to the kid and tried to get a head of him. He waited near one wall, hand outstretched and waiting for tough guy to come through the wall.

Jordan runs into it, and immediately goes staggering back, tearing more of the wall up as he goes. He'd prefer that people think he was going to rely on brute strength and invulnerability every time - and they have their uses. But he can't even touch this guy, and it doesn't go both ways, so he knows he needs to use his brains. Waiting for the guy to follow up and make physical contact again, appearing to try and reaching out to get his balance, he grabs a bunch of exposed wiring from the wall he just smashed, and touches them to the metal floor.
The shock stings, but he's pretty sure he'll be fine. He's less sure of his opponent as tens of thousands of volts run through the exposed metal he made sure he'd found and stayed near.

	Spectre came out from a wall and realized that his opponent wasn't coming. Curious he started searching for him. He phased through the wall and almost into his opponent. Then the electricity hit him. He started convulsing. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Sure his opponent has other things to think about and is distracted, Jordan swings a fist for the man's chin, going for a sapping punch while he can, certainly feeling the electricity, but better able to resist it and not in the same pain. 	Spectre flew back from the punch and hit the far wall. Donovan wasn't really a fighter and knew when he was outclassed and when to get the hell out of there. Now was one of those times. He disappeared as he teleported outside. (Reply to this)(Parent)
