No snow had canceled the annual snowball fight. Cait couldn't make enough snow on her own and Aunt Ororo wasn't here. Not that Cait would have asked her anyway. It would just be impolite. Cait was disappointed, but there was always later this winter or next year.
Today she was down near the lake and working on some ice statues. She'd never be the artiste that her brother was, but she could make reasonably good statues.
