The Yang is back
Okay technically it was frowned upon, and disapproved of silently, for him to go to Xavier's. Especially since he was now working at the Genoshan embassy. But hey, that restriction was when he was on duty. Right now he wasn't, so technically they couldn't complain, this wasn't in an official capacity. Just a social visit to see an old friend. Well he'd be doing the seeing at least.

He'd rented a bike and driven up to the mansion, and wow did it look the same as ever. Although he wondered how many times it'd been rebuilt since he was last here. He'd be betting on at least three. There's a quick knocking on the door and then he waits patiently for someone to answer it.

	"Or maybe I just know you too well. And how can we not start off with some crazy fun? Really, it'd be a shame if we didn't." He winks and drives off without another word into the direction of a neighbourhood nearby. More specifically, an abandoned building a few stories high with a big "To be demolished" sign on it. 	"Can't hear you!" He really can't, but he suspects she might have said something anyway, actually he expects some name calling in his direction is happening now. After a mad dash up the stairs, he up on the roof of the place looking quite mischievous but excited. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	On top of that he may have used some explosions to help propel him up the steps faster. Hey, there were no rules. "Well we're going to be destructive and do some...well it's hard to explain but you'll love it, trust me." He walks up to her and pokes her in the back. "Don't fall just yet Ying. "Well I don't want to ruin the whole surprise but...I'll give you a bit. Step 1: Go to the center of the roof and start destroying the bottom floor properly, especially the supports. Step 2: The moment you feel the building buckle jump as high as you can. Step 3: Let me do the rest." Okay, it wasn't exactly a free fall he had planned but sure as hell would be fun.

He goes to the middle of the roof and beckons her over. "You coming Batty?"

	This was certainly on the list of 'Things she never thought she'd be doing', but she trusted him. A lot. If he said it was doable, she believed him. So, taking a bit of a bracing breath, she came over to join him, brow quirked. "Show me what you got, Slithers." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"You asked for it," he grins. He's already started snapping at a furious pace, and while he has a hard time hearing it, he can feel the vibrations of where the explosions are taking out the supports on the first floor. It's not long before he stops and the sound of crumbling begins. "Okay jump in 3 alright? High as you can." He holds up three fingers and does the countdown.

As the building begins to buckle beneath them, he jumps up and again the snapping starts. Except this time, continuous smaller explosions happen not far under their feet, the air blasts from them keeping both of them up in an almost hovering-like state.

"Nice view huh?" He has to shout but is just staring down at the sight of a building literally collapsing under their feet while they stay afloat.

She, however, has no such problems hearing the explosions, though she feels them just as quickly. There's a little fear going through her, mixing with the adrenaline as she looks over at him.

On the count of three, she jumps, almost yipping when they don't come down, but are kept aloft by those small explosions firing under them, something she's had trip her or knock her off-course more than once. If her hand is clenching his a little tightly, that's okay, right?

"Holy shit, Simon."

	"How is it?" He's still grinning like a kid, not minding at all about the grip she's got on her hand. "Next part is going to be even more fun I promise. Ready?" He says that now but he'll wait until the building is almost down and the air has cleared a bit. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"Hey, I'd never drop you. I knew you were blind, but bad memory is a new one," he both teases and reassures her. Okay, he decides to maintain the almost-hover for a bit longer just so the building has the time to finish collapsing and she has time to calm down a bit. 	The building is mostly down and he turns to shoot a smirk at her. "Hold on tight." Without another warning the snapping stops and they go plumetting down. After a short drop, there's a snap and the explosion catapults them way up, flipping them as they go flying. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	There's a shriek as they drop, she can't help it, really. But then there's the buffet of air again, and they're sailing through it. Ah, this she was used to - she was just used to the ground only being a foot or so beneath her when he pulled it. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	While she's shrieking he's laughing, but then again he's done this before and experimented with it a lot. And he'd known what was going on. Again they drop and are catapulted to and fro by explosions, from afar it'd look like they were bouncing around in the air. This had been the part he really wanted to show her. 	The shrieking is turning into laughter as she begins to find the pattern, bouncing along with him and adding little flips when she can. When you don't look down, it's kinda fun. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

He's laughing right along with her, as fun as this was by himself, it was far more enjoyable with her to share it with. He'd finally got the technique down during his time in Genosha and had been waiting to show it to her.

The next explosion sends them by far the highest they've been today, and smaller ones help propel them up even more, until they're about twice as high up as the roof had been. He can't help the grin on his face as they dive down.

	She's almost giggling as they drop back down, her stomach feeling like it was up in her throat. That edge of danger, large and looming as it was, made it all the more exciting, though, her safety net of Simon's ability blunted it just enough to make it enjoyable. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

The experience was nothing short of exhilarating, and even though he knew it was all in his hands, that only made the adrenaline rush that much better. There was no relying on anyone else for once, he was his own safety net and in total control.

Simon is so pleased she's enjoying it that they continue bouncing around, while he slowly brings them closer and closer back to the ground, until he's sure they're both so dizzy that it may be time to call it quits before he loses all sense of direction.

"That was fun," he laughs, still a little breathless, as he lays down on some grass nearby the site once they land. Yes, definitely better with Sasha for company.

	She is giggling now, collapsing on the ground, lying on her back and laughing up at the sky. "That was a blast, pun totally intended." Looking over, she's more than pleased to see that smile on his face.
