Attack On New York
Hadelinde was a bit shocked when a future kid, hers no less, showed up and told her of the bleak future. In the future she was in prison as was most of the criminal world. The Avengers had brought peace to the world and there wasn't a place in that world for her or her kind. The main driving force was a future Avenger called Solver Svalinsson, now an infant.

That couldn't stand. The future could not play out that way. She would make sure of it. The Avengers would not win, not as long as she was alive. She had to do something now to prevent that future.

The meteor that had fallen in Texas was the key to changing the future. Her son had mentioned the strange properties to her. In his past the Avengers had disposed of it by flinging it into the sun. Hadelinde had changed that by having her Masters of Evil steal it out from under the Avengers.

It had taken time and the lives of some test subjects, but in the end they had been able to harness the mutating radiation from the rock and get the results they desired. Each of the Masters of Evil's abilities were boosted to higher levels in addition to creating some very strong, almost indestructible mutates. It was time to test the mutates' abilities against the Avengers.

If this test went well, then they could produce an army.

Hadelinde had the mutates teleported to the middle of Central Park. She and the Masters of Evil would be nearby to watch.

The mutated human took Iron Man's blast and was thrown back into a tree. It was still for a second and then stood up. It ripped the tree up roots and all and used it like a baseball bat.

The mutates the lions attacked grabbed the lions and threw them at the Avengers.

The one Jordyn punched was knocked back about two feet and then charged toward Jordyn to deliver a punch of its own.

The mutates that Danae charged stood their ground and pushed right back when Danae collided with them.

	Solver arrives a little behind everyone else, quickly assessing the situation. Taking a deep breath, he exhales with hurricane force towards the biggest clump he can find, trying to buy the Avengers some room. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

The roots of a tree ensnared two of the mutants. They struggled to get out of their wooden prison.

Jordyn's punch didn't have much of an effect outside of knocking the monster back a few feet. If it were hurt it didn't show it.

The mutates caught in the hurricane force winds were picked up off of the ground and blown backward. They landed with a large thud on the ground.

The mutate stuck on the nerve paused for a moment. It went down to one knee for a few moments.

	"Working on it." Ari pushed more of her spell into the trees and roots making them reach farther out to ensnare. Groaning with the strain, she willed the bindings to push the mutants into a group. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"Neural disruptor isn't doing a whole lot," Danae said, still trying anyway. She was taking hits that were forcing her back into a retreat. "If I play rabbit, I can get these guys in." With that, she swung her retreat toward the rest of the mutates. As soon as they fixed their own history, she was getting her sword powered up to take out a Hulk. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The armor on Bobby's thighs opened and two small devices came from each one. They flew out and landed around the Hulk like mutates. "Make sure they're all in the middle of the devices," he said. "Activating in ten seconds." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The mutated humans were herded toward the middle of the four devices that Bobby deployed. The second they were in the area the force field went up and they were trapped inside a one way inertia field. The more force they used against it, the more force that was directed back at them.
