Happy (belated) Birthday, Timmy!(Open to SHIELD)
It wasn't often she missed Tim's birthday, but when she did, Sammy tried to make up for it by going over her birthday budget. Tim was her oldest, best friend. He knew where her skeletons were hidden and what alibis worked best when she was up to no good.

That deserved special attention.

A box 'appeared' in his lab. Inside he would find packages of cookies and brownies, gift cards to sporting goods stores and iTunes, and an extra large tee shirt with the Superman logo on the front. Instead of an S, there was a T stretched across it. She included a card written in code and a plastic decoder ring for fun.

	Lena had left a wrapped box in his lab with a card and a few nerdy shirts. He needed to be able to share his lame science jokes at all times. She'd almost thrown in the helicase pick up line shirt but opted for the chemistry one instead, deciding it was better to go with his field. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Tim laughed with each shirt that he looked at. They were awesome and they served as great reminders of their little hijacked car adventure. He'd make sure he thanked Lena before the day was out. (Reply to this)(Parent)

	Brad left a joke card that couldn't be opened, a Barnes and Noble gift card and a book on beer brewing. That last gift he hoped would lead to good things for him too. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Tim totally knew what he was going to get with the gift card. He had a list of "To Buy" things. The book on beer brewing was pure win and he couldn't wait to try a few of the ideas in there. He'd make sure he thanked Brad before the end of the day. (Reply to this)(Parent)

Tim had been on the test range, which was not the normal firing range, and had been testing out his latest idea. It was like Christmas when he got to go blow stuff up. Except this time it was on purpose. The not-on-purpose explosions weren't that much fun. Not to mention there was a lot of paperwork with them.

Tim smiled when he saw the gifts when he got back to his lab. Cookies were always good. As it happened today he was wearing his Darkside cookies shirt. So fitting. The labrats were allowed some slack when it came to the dress code, as in they didn't wear the typical SHIELD uniform. Tim wasn't even quite sure where his was.

He laughed at the shirt and knew he'd be wearing it tomorrow. There would probably be teasing from his fellow labrats about it, but it was part of working in the lab.

He sat down and started on the cookies while he decoded the message.

	Seeing the coast was clear and no fires were going off at the moment, Valini snuck into the shop and left a bag of chocolate covered espresso beans, both Official Handbooks for Villians and Mad Scientists on the desk and a labcoat with Chief of Blowing Things Up embroidered on the chest.
