Sleepless with Fear in Seattle
Dr. Stephen Strange, Sorcerer Supreme of Earth, hovered over Seattle in his astral projection form. Earlier, he'd seeded the city with very special Darkhold invitations, directed to those who would be easiest to turn to his will. There would be no exchange of innermost desire for a soul-destroying payment. Those who accepted would be his to twist and he intended to twist every drop of humanity from them to use in his spells to open the doorways for demons to enter the world.

The first screams were sweet. The next were savored.

Monsters were alive and devouring Seattle.

	There was a set of eerie howls and eventually a pack of Hellhounds came running toward Bram. Fire came from their mouths and raced along their bodies. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The hellhounds caught his scents and howled. They began to run toward him. Some were hit with a bullet or two, but they didn't seem to slow the hounds down. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Bram didn't expect the bullets to do to much damage but slow them down till he came up with a better plan. And seeing a fire hydrant one was coming together. Dropping a small plastic explosive from his jacket next to it he kept running waiting for the Hellhounds to get next to the hydrant before setting over his explosive. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The explosive went off and one hellhound was caught in the blast. Water shot up into the air and started falling toward the ground. There was steam and hissing when the water came into contact with the hellhounds. They kept going after Bram. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Hellhounds were all notoriously hard to kill and deal with. But Bram was counting on the water to give him a bit of a distraction even if it was not as good of one as he thought it would be. He reloaded his guns with blessed silver bullets as he ran an old standby of his. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Bram holds up the shotgun between them keeping the Hellhound away from and biting him. He wanted to grab his knife to stab the hound with but was a bit to focused on keeping the hound off him. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
