Sleepless with Fear in Seattle
Dr. Stephen Strange, Sorcerer Supreme of Earth, hovered over Seattle in his astral projection form. Earlier, he'd seeded the city with very special Darkhold invitations, directed to those who would be easiest to turn to his will. There would be no exchange of innermost desire for a soul-destroying payment. Those who accepted would be his to twist and he intended to twist every drop of humanity from them to use in his spells to open the doorways for demons to enter the world.

The first screams were sweet. The next were savored.

Monsters were alive and devouring Seattle.

"Are You Ready For This" was probably never intended for that particular instrument, but in the absence of her violin's bow, it's small, portable, and durable. 	"Insolent puppies." Doctor Strange spoke for the first time. They were forcing him to use more power to keep them back while he worked and his spell was suffering. He could feel the threads of it slipping away. Fire spells and cobblestones rained down on his, along with a zombie head. Avoiding them kept him from seeing the other two moving toward him. 	Jo smiles broadly as her form grows more gaunt. "Good bad dog..." She calls to mind the joy of inflicting pain, that sheer abandon in the face of raw carnage that brought force that... "This world is MINE! I will have it!" He reached for another spell, a deadly one that would offer to chance to use their energy. Distracted, he threw out the first word of the incantation when he was jumped and unable to continue. The smells and bodies that assaulted him were too much. He went down beneath the attack.
