You were acting like it was the end of the world
Eir Einmyriasdottir waited until the middle of the night and almost everyone was asleep or elsewhere. She crawled out of bed and quickly dressed. In multiple layers. The winds were bitter cold and the snow was piling up. It was a winter like she had never seen in her life. The last item she put on after her fur lined boots was a fur lined cloak.

She walked over to the door and opened it a crack. The hallway was silent and she didn't hear or see anyone. She opened the door wider and darted across the hall to her sister's room. The door opened silently and she slipped into the room making sure to close the door behind her.

"Astrid," she said as she gently shook her sister awake.

	"Two guards," Kael observed, keeping his swords sheathed. He stealthily makes his way across the hall, taking advantage of the invisibility spell. He removes a single gold coin from his pouch and tossed it at the wall. The guards turned toward the sound..and they'll be resting on the ground now after a good old-fashioned double headbutt. 	"That... is one way to use thine head," Asleif said, the smallest of smiles pulling the corners of her mouth upward. She pressed her hands to the door to the vault, then stepped back and nodded. 	Asleif, though she would not admit it, was grateful for Marlow taking up the slack of the spell. She would need almost all she could muster for this. Not for nothing was this one of the most well-guarded places in Asgard. But not for nothing was she one of the most powerful sorceresses in the realm. 	The air shimmered as the magic slammed into the wards that protected the door. The air seemed to turn hotter for a moment and then the wards were broke and a wave of force spread outward in all directions. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Asleif would not, ever, admit to being surprised by anything. But she had not expected that reaction from the wards. It would have been fascinating to study, if it were not supremely aggravating to have to have been dependent upon Marlow's magic to preserve her dignity. 	Once the wave was over enough, she reinforced their cover spell. To get this far and be seen now would be awful. She moved up behind Asleif to peer around the huge Asgardian at the treasure room. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The power of the gem spread outward and the ice and snow that covered Asgard melted quickly and disappeared. "Lady Asleif," Tilda said with a bow.
