Moving Meditation (Hal)
When Svalin needed to think she headed to the training room. Smashing and killing things, in a sense, helped her clear her mind. When she was fighting things she blocked everything else out and focused on the task in front of her.

He had to chuckle at that. "Of course, right away milady." A few minutes later, he'd had to find the chocolate after all, he returned with her request. "Hath they not been feeding ye appropriately?"
