Moving Meditation (Hal)
When Svalin needed to think she headed to the training room. Smashing and killing things, in a sense, helped her clear her mind. When she was fighting things she blocked everything else out and focused on the task in front of her.

	Halbjorn is a regular in the training facilities when not at work, so its not much of a shock when he shows up not long after. He joins Svalin in her efforts, moving to guard her flank. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Her ribs screamed with pain with every breath, but Svalin wasn't about to let them stop her. She may be a little slower, but she wouldn't give up. She followed the punch by pressing the attack and not giving him a moment's pause. She swung her staff, aiming for the kidney region. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	She doesn't let the pain stop her. He welcomes it. The blows hit, and for a moment, his breath catches. He grins wider, spitting blood at her to clear his breath, the bit of wince fading into the savage expression as he comes back at her, swinging the axe towards one side, trying to draw her staff into defense to launch a punch from the other hand. 	Svalin moved the staff to block the axe blow. She didn't need that biting into flesh. The punch landed on the side of her face that didn't hurt. Now the pain was equal on both sides. She wouldn't be surprised if her cheek bones were broken. Svalin stumbled and went down to the floor. She immediately rolled to prevent axe from her. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	He takes the blow, hand going to the hammer to hold it in place while he swings upward in a fierce uppercut, using his axehandle as brass knuckles, to solidify his punch. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Brandr had come in to check on Svalin when she'd first been admitted, not that he expected her conscious. Today he was pleasantly surprised to find her awake. "Ist good to see thee up milady. I see thou hadst quite the battle." (Reply to this)(Thread)
