Moving Meditation (Hal)
When Svalin needed to think she headed to the training room. Smashing and killing things, in a sense, helped her clear her mind. When she was fighting things she blocked everything else out and focused on the task in front of her.

"He ist quite the warrior, I hath not had the opportunity to spar with him mineself. I doth hear it wast a close battle, mayhap I may one day witness one of thine spars with him." As he spoke he moved out of the doorway to stand by the bed and smile back at her. It was good to see her looking better, though he wasn't as concerned about injuries. She was a warrior, that's how these things went, but it was quite the spar from what he'd gathered.
