Manny was getting ready for movie night. He had a big bowl of chocolate-chip cookie dough ice cream in one hand, and a bag of cheddar cheese Ruffles in the other. He hadn't decided on what to watch yet, but that was half the fun.

Martin popped into the living room, he'd given up on the warning system dealing with blinking lights since it didn't work most of the time. People still got surprised. Oh well, they'd get used to the sudden appearances.

He grinned at seeing Manny who looked like he was gearing up for a movie night and gave a friendly hat tip. "Hi Manny! What're you doing?" He'd actually been looking for Manny to give him something, but that could wait for now. There was food and maybe movies to consider.

	"You will," he smiled back as if all this was the most natural thing. "What were you thinking of watching? And do you mind if I join?" His pop culture knowledge was lacking, as evidenced by Frances' shock at him never having seen any of the LOTR films to say the least. Maybe Manny had some good movies to watch. 	Martin hopped off his disc and went to sit on the armchair next to Manny's special chair. In the past he might've picked the farthest chair but he had to work on getting used to being relatively near people. And maybe just maybe this would make Manny just a bit more okay with magic. 	Martin nods and the stack of DVDs float over and spread themselves out midair in front of them, asking to be selected and even bouncing slightly in the air. "Pick one! I can't tell which are good." 	Martin considers it for a moment before responding. "Action then." Drama was rather dull to him really and not all comedies were good, they had more action around here anyway. The non action DVDs float away leaving Manny to choose from the remainder. If Martin had noticed the distinct not-gulping he didn't show any indication of it. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	There's a slight dilemma now. Who to put the DVD in and...well how? He could theoretically do it with TK but that wasn't always the best, besides too much magic near tech? Bad idea. Manny took a breathe, sheathing his claws as far as they would go. He carefully took the case in one hand, and carefully pried the case open with a claw from the other hand. Two claws each delicately brace the disk on the sides while a claw from his other hand, pushing down and allowing him to work the disk out of the container. He gets up, lightly presses the eject with a claw and delicately places the disk inside. He sits back down.

"That..very, very carefully."

	"Hmm, well I guess that works." He'd do the same with TK but letting Manny handle it might've been better. Though it did make him think of the different ways they had of handling these hand issues. Claws were quite different from magic hands after all. Did it hurt to scratch yourself? Manny didn't have armour everywhere really. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Martin scratches his head in thought. "But if you scratch yourself does it hurt? I guess you could rip your clothes if you got itchy...is that why you don't wear clothes? How come?" All the question come flowing out, because now that his first ones haven't been shot down, his curiosity gets the better of him. Though Manny's last line has him grin. "Oh! Good!
