Things of Nightmares
Svalin woke to find herself lying on the ground. She blinked. What had happened? The last thing she remembered was being attacked. She didn't see the attacker, but the world went black and she woke up here. Where was here?

Svalin pulled herself to her feet and looked around.

The world was desolate and had been destroyed at some point. Where in Hel was she and what had happened?

	He wasn't sure if anyone besides Frances was even hearing him. He squinted as he looked deeper. Looking into the portal Orlen saw Halbjorn fighting and Aridis being held nearby. "Hey guys...I think there is one of ours in that portal!" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The number of nightmarish creatures in the streets was increasing. They were coming toward the battle from other areas of the city. Nightmare still hadn't show up in this area. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"I'll stay here and protect more civilians," Emily said as she cut through two nightmarish creatures. The entire team couldn't just abandon the people on the streets of LA that were being attacked, and Emily wasn't sure which of her teammates were going to opt to stay on this side of the portal. 	Dammit. "Alright. If we knock out the fight over there, it might stop whatever's over here," Frances reasoned and looked between Emmeline and Michael. Dammit. She nocked another arrow and heading back to the streets. " We need to coordinate with the cops and local Guard responding. And if we're lucky, the others'll be bringing some more back up soon." 	"whoever is going near the portal or IN it I can sort of be a life line....whoever goes in can be tethered to me and If anything should Happen I just pull you guys out no problem!" 	"Let's see if we can't bring them home!" Toni zoomed along, closer to the portal. Quickly, she threw up a hand and fired a split bolt into the portal, seeking out Hal and Aridis.
