Only almost-seventeen
Everyone seemed to be either out or in their own rooms right at the moment as Mel snuck into the 'Temple' in the living area. Good. The important thing was that at least nobody'd be watching or listening when she started. The rest she could survive. Probably. Mostly. Maybe.

She put on Rock Band and started to sing.

If anyone does reveal themselves to be listening, she'll just die, but it won't stop her finishing the song.

Mel, unsurprisingly, knew the song quite well, and they seemed to be doing all right.
And Mel eventually gets positively bouncy.

Alex was having fun. It was a rare occasion where he got to do normal things that people in human form got to do. He picked up the beat rather easy and drummed along.

Another face is soon seen peering around the doorway.

She doesn't say anything at first, as she doesn't want to disturb Mel.

The song came to an end and Alex knew someone else was near. His senses were generally more acute than a human's. //You can come in. We don't mind. We could use a guitar player.//

"Alright," she grins, and she shrugs on the guitar strap. "You're doing great, Mel," she offers. "You too, Alex."

Mel only flushes a little. "Thanks"
