"You're quite certain this is necessary? I don't question your eye for the fairer sex, Argo, only your judgement of... other qualities." Vincent sighs lightly as he knots his tie, having been told to 'dress nice' for the occasion.

"To say nothing of the chaos that seems to follow you..." He mutters under his breath.

Vincent could only assume he was undergoing a very finely honed application of karma. "Good evening ladies." He greeted them both cordially, Candy a bit more directly since he was apparently her date for the evening.

"Vincent is one of my teammates on the Champions," Argo explained. "He has not yet acquired a record of heroics quite as large as mine, but he does have an admirable string of victories to his name as well!"

"Oooh, he's cute!" Candy coos, running her hands over Vincent's shoulders before latching on to one of his arms. "We had a VIP room booked, so we can settle in for drinks before we do some dancing and get dinner. Come on, boys." She and Cinnamin exchange giggles as they begin sauntering towards the entrance, pulling the males with them.

Vincent manages to smile and let them pull him along. Maybe, just maybe, this evening wouldn't be a total disaster. Granted, they seemed more of the mold of his previous tastes, but... hey, a little fun never hurt.
