Gabriel started to get up, now that he's had a moment to recover. His healing factor wasn't the type to act fast, so the broken bones were going to last a day or two. Still, he was going to work through the pain and help deal with Rachel.
He noticed Fred. They were close enough that Fred should be able to hear him talking without Rachel overhearing, considering Fred's enhanced hearing.
"Not a good idea, Fred. She's surrounded by cosmic flames and those will kill you the minute you get in close. But if you have a good arm, I can make something to toss at her."
