Damn... he forgot how smart the girls on his new team were. Years with Valeria and Andrea had made him take 'normal' smart for granted sometimes.

And that's a solid hit, too. He staggers, but has enough reflexes to try to sweep her legs out from under her, his leg lashing out as he goes forward.

Irina was too good to let a leg sweep take her out. She easily avoided it and opened a portal under him.
