Giovanna's temper was still reeling from the recent footage on television. But on an American holiday, they weren't going to get much chance of talking to any of their official contacts about it, and they didn't have too many other options at the moment, so she tried to stay calm.

Early in the morning, she knocked on the door between her room and Andrew's. Already ready herself for what she had planned, she was wearing a bathing suit.

Well, that, like several other things in the past few minutes, is New.
"That...that'll do." The floor becomes absolutely fascinating for just a moment, before she looks up and smiles. And then, in a businesslike tone he's a little more used to, "I don't really think we're going to get any more work done on this form today." She carefully slips additional weight onto one of the free weights. "How about you try burning off the charge -- at least it wasn't much -- and...and if you're interested in kissing again at a reasonable height, we can see about that."

	It takes some time, since almost all of the weights have to be added to strain him enough to burn off the charge, but by the end, his clothes are baggy again, and he looks back to his old self. "Now, what was that about 'if?', didn't you mean 'when'?" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
