Thanksgiving!
Halloween was incredible, of course, but Ohu is having a hard time thinking of a better holiday than Thanksgiving. There is food! And there's more food! And then dessert... and all kinds of more food.

Ohu has been very careful not to eat all the food as he helped cook dinner and dessert for the Defenders, and worked hard to make certain everything was ready. This would be a feast fit for gods and their favored friends. After everything that Sydney did for the main course, it was the least he could do to make certain dessert was taken care of.

"Dessert is served!" he declares to the base as he places the last pie on the table.

	Syd was really glad Zoey was back on Earth with Ohu and Sarah. Well that was one thought she thought she'd never have. Glad that Zoey was with Ohu. What a strange thought. Asleif's smile was small, but full of self-satisfaction. "Of course," she said, practically purring over the words.

She moved her hands quickly, weaving her spell. Control over the elements of nature, particularly those of the wind and storm, were among the first she had learned as a child. Daughter of the Thunder God, granddaughter in a line of Frost Giants, the weather bent easily to her commands, calling upon the mists.

	"Syd," he remarks, "You may want to stand back." He takes off his glasses and focuses. He lets go of his flesh and the mist is now bathed in a kind of black light emanating from what was his body. 	Being a deity herself, Asleif did not have access to particular spells gifted upon mortal sorcerers, but at the same time, her own magics were quite able to come up with comfortable substitutes.
