Oh the Twerp was going to get it. Maybe even go for a swim in the cold lake if Cait managed to catch him. Cait was wearing her favorite shirt and he had to go and get DIRT on it.
Cait pulled water out of the air and threw snowballs at her brother. He'd be lucky to not be water logged after this.
