Sammy paused time again. She still felt something of the gravity pulling on her, but not like it had been. Moving was still possible.
She tried to hurry over and this time she shoved the girl face down, with an extra push into the dirt, and used the handcuffs that had become part of her active duty gear. Wrists were cuffed behind her back and her ankles cuffed around the statue base. Any super strength leg move would very likely bring the statue crashing down on the girl.
She let the pause go early, saving her seconds for another shot if this didn't work.
