Question
Is it creepy to think someone's cute if they look like their parent you crushed on previously?

The similar appreciation isn't necessarily something you control, but it's definitely a bad idea to mention the coincidence to either party directly.

::nods::: Most issues in which one finds oneself wondering if a train of thought is creepy, it's generally a good plan never to voice most elements of this internal debate to the parties involved.

I'm going to go with a yes here.

I'm going to go with what was said above about not mentioning it to either person. It just keeps things from getting awkward.

It's only creepy if you act on it with intention. Nothing wrong with quiet admiration.
