Cops and Robbers(Open to all Street Types)
It was just after the OsCorp’s research and development’s division was closed for the night right between guard shifts that Rose Red had some of her people attack. There was some tech there that she was interested in for less than legal purposes and that she could use to gain an edge for Fisk Industries.

This should be a simple snatch and grab with security being light and the cops that did get there probably wouldn’t be able to put up much of a fight either.

	Jack had gotten in the habit of taking a turn around the city once the sun went down before he settled in for the night at home. He was on his normal every-third-day route when he noticed there was some activity going in a place he didn't usually see any this time of night. Just in case it was a couple of employees working overtime, he swung himself in for closer look. (Reply to this)(Thread)

The black muscle car pulls into the OsCorp lot and the Punisher steps out, readying himself to go to work. He's heard rumors that the New York Underworld looking for ways to upgrade the weapons they're getting from the IRA, and he's not going to let that happen.

He pulls his binoculars and checks to see if he can catch anyone who doesn't belong here among tonight's personnel.

Leo had been in the area earlier for a job trailing a guy whose wife thought he was cheating on her with some blonde bimbo at work as she had put it. Well she was half right, he was definitely cheating on her but it wasn’t with some blonde bimbo from work, in fact it wasn’t with a woman.

The things you learn about people doing this work. Leo was not looking forward to making the call to tell the wife that but at least she paid pretty well for this.

Leo was driving back when he noticed something odd as OsCorp. He wasn’t sure what it was but he figured he might as well stick around and check it out.

If he weren't intent on killing this stupid bastard, Donovan would laugh out loud. He's not the first piece of garbage to use that line on him.

This is going to be the last time he uses it on anyone, though.

Reaching into his coat, the Punisher pulls his single flash-bang grenade and pulls the pin, tossing it in the direction of the voice he hears.

Seconds after it detonates, he'll step out of cover and start shooting.

“Shit,” Roland says diving for cover as soon as he the grenade. He hadn’t gone through all that Special Forces black ops training for nothing.

He was still disoriented but at least he wasn’t getting shot. This guy was good it was a tactic he had used himself before. Best to distract him from the others so they can get away before he runs too. It wasn’t that he was afraid or anything but killing him wasn’t in the job so why stay and waste time doing that.
