Pyxis wasn't feeling very good. She'd been having trouble sleeping again, mostly because her stomach was always upset and she was always nauseous. She rubbed at her stomach absently as she lay in the bed in her own room, feeling lonely since Walden had told her she couldn't stay in his office anymore. And he hadn't come to really see her in two days.

What had she done wrong? She chewed at her bottom lip, tugging at the bottom of her shirt, putting it over her knees as she curled into a ball.

Pyxis stared at Rider for a moment, trying not to cry. She was trying really hard to not be like this. To be better. She was just having an off week. Surely he understood that.
