Mutant Menace In Manhattan!
Well, ladies and gentlemen, it seems the mutant menace has infiltrated higher levels of society than ever expected. Amateur footage (video available on our website) shows Antoinette Rhodes, daughter of Tony Stark's right hand man Jim Rhodes and former Avenger Monica Rambeau, shows her unleashing dangerous mutant abilities in a crowded nightclub! Sources also confirm that the young Miss Rhodes was underage and obviously entered under a fake idea. She was seen with Anya Stark, daughter of Tony Stark, and two individuals who have not yet been identified.

It is unknown what sparked the outburst, but Rhodes demonstrated telekenetic abilities of a most dangerous nature, turning various items and pieces of furniture into lethal weapons...

She shook her head. "No way. Nobody made me go, and definitely nobody made me use my powers. And as soon as he calms down enough for me to explain what was going on, he'll probably be disappointed he wasn't there to shoot the bastard himself."

She let out a sigh. "Still. There's gonna be a "poor choices" speech in my future.

She sighed. That was definitely worse. She closed her eyes, concentrating, and her cell phone floated it's way into the room. A little outside her normal range, but it was small and an object she was familiar enough with for it to work.

Reluctantly, she turned it on, first checking her messages. All from her dad. She deleted them without looking and dialed.

"Dad?"

"...Yeah. Yes, Dad. Yes. Dad. Dad. It was Temujin."

"...because if I'd used glass shards to start with, somebody else might really have gotten hurt. Yes. I probably should have aimed for his crotch."

"No... I'm okay. I guess. Not sure it's sunk in yet. But yeah. I'm gonna want to talk about this, later."

"Yeah. Thanks, Dad. Love you too."

She shut down the phone and let out a breath. "That went... that went pretty well."
