Roman Holidays
It was a big day. Corey had made some tiny sculpture offerings for Diana in accordance with the day. It was also the festival of Vertumnus, god of gardens and stupid but inexplicably effective ways of picking up women. Hercules Invictus was also honored around this time, which....dovetailed reasonably well with that last bit, when one thought about it.

In addition to offering his little sculptures on a makeshift altar out behind the club, Corey made sure to leave flowers for all the girl Champions before proceeding to start making burgers. Beef for Hercules, after all. And he'd managed to get a nice big amount of beef from certified reforestation-encouraging suppliers.

It was important to let the smell of cooked meat really get out. Tradition.

Damn. He'd need garlic for the moon offering tonight. There'd have to be a grocery run.

Cait had prepared and was celebrating the day as well. There was a lot to cover today. She made a small altar near the lake and offered small sculptures to Diana. Hers weren't nearly as detailed as Corey's, but they would do.

Cait left flowers on the altar for Vertumnus and did not leave any for the girls in the mansion. She didn't need to meet girls.

She left some burgers for Hercules and then made some for the rest of the folks at the mansion. Cloves of Garlic had been set for later tonight.

Rufus had made his own small altar and set some small sculptures. It was a bit crude looking but had all of the important elements covered.

He left flowers for a couple girls and was careful to make sure Cait didn’t notice. He didn’t need to deal with that teasing.

He had also left out some beef which he had cooked himself. Later that night he would set out the garlic.
