do YOU like your updates, narratives, and the way you write your char? are YOU pleased with what you do in the game? if the answer is yes, i genuinely don't see why you need external validation in the form of awards and anon journal praise. my char flies under the radar most of the time and while it's nice when they get acknowledged, i'm happy with them and that is what matters.

i wish i had time to run a round of awards, i don't really care about the inevitable crying in here because in reality it's probably only a small handful of people worried about whether or not they'll get the amount of validation they think they need~ as opposed to the majority of a 200-member comm.
