Right. I know that, timing-wise, perhaps this seems grossly inappropriate and ill-timed but

WHY IS THEIR FAKE BLOOD AND WINE ALL OVER LADY MACBETH'S WHITE DRESS? WHY? WHY NOT THE RED DRESS? I COULD HAVE HANDLED THE RED DRESS! THIS IS THE BEGINNING, ISN'T IT?! AND NOW I FEEL DIZZY AND I'M PROBABLY COMING DOWN WITH A COLD, BUT WHERE IS THE DAGGER?! THAT WAS SPECIAL-ORDERED IN AND WHERE IS IT?!

I can't breathe.

Calm down. I'm searching the internet for stain removal tips. And if we must, we can find a replacement for the dagger.

I SPENT AN ENTIRE DAY SEARCHING THAT DAGGER DOWN AT A SPECIALTY SHOP IN CUMBERLAND WHEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY CURRENT AFFAIRS PAPER, TERRY! THERE IS NO GODDAMN SOLUTION!

Has it not arrived yet or is it simply lost?

IT ARRIVED THREE DAYS AGO! KEEP UP!

That is a much easier problem to solve. We'll find it, all right?

Very well. Perhaps after the play I will.

Oh yes, HAH HAH HAH I'm Terry Boot, the light-hearted, hilarious director who compliments everyone and makes witty, sarcastic, dry remarks in the face of total and complete ruin because blah blah blah WHATEVER!

What total and complete ruin? And I'm not going to apologise for thinking Alice deserved a compliment for doing an excellent job. Which she has. You know very well the source of all of these problems. I don't see why you're attempting to blame others.

I looked over the ingredient list, I can run over to the lab and whip up an easy solution that should break down the base and the pigments.

THE LAB? WHAT? WHAT? NO! NO! THIS IS NOT A SCIENCE FAIR PROJECT IT'S MY LIFE THEATER!

Your other options are having it dry cleaned or replaced.

If you make the wrong concoction you'll end up burning a bloody hole in it or something!

Unlikely. I've taken all factors into account. The materials of the fabric, ingredients in the fake blood. The solution is relatively mild, it shouldn't harm the fabric. Chemistry is my thing, Mandy.
