Figures my first actual post would be complaining about RP.
Alright, so, I'm in this RP, right? (Liz, Aeria and a few others on this one know which), and there's this big damn finale set up, right? Well, I just wake up not half a hour ago and find it's already in progress. So I just say 'fuck it', since I'm not going to be on long anyway, and decide to skip it altogether. I'm starting to get a bit annoyed with the RP there. Mostly because instead of actual humans doing things -everyone- has a superpower now, and the super-evil shit's way over anyone's heads. Oh, and only one person gets to be the hero cause it's a fandom RP, despite that one person's controller actually kinda fails at beating the big bad guy and shouldn't be handling this stuff anymore anyway.

At least the guy who does these monotonus 'end of the world' plots says he's taking a long break after this. I hope that's true and not like my other friend who said he would never do a plot again yet came back anyway. I love him like a rival and a brother but... grah. So expected.

Not to mention one guy has pretty much a Marty Stu and only just gets away with it, who drags half the female characters to his own dimension-world and usually keeps their character development super-limited, which gets my goat. Hell. The character himself kinda irks me, sine he's often making decisions for everyone else. I would raise these issues but, blah. The two I'm most annoyed with are mods and they don't really get it.

At some point, I'm hoping things climb back uphill.

I think you see why SVE and I left now, amongst other reasons. You pretty much summed it up succicently and I guessed the latter was Erland off the top of my head. Please, just tell me they haven't called Hoshi a Mary Sue again. >.>

You know, there's nothing to stop you opening a YGO RP on Scribbld or Insanejournal and running it to your standards. I know you and Liz are worried about the work you've done with Onni and Hoshi, and that's what stopped me leaving for a long time back when all I had was Mitsuki. But you know what? I can RP Mitsuki elsewhere and I feel much better for it. So I'll speak from experience that you and Liz can do it to - you have each other and that's what matters.

Hell, I'd be willing to work on a YGO RP with the two of you. It'd be good to get into a sane fandom. Where the only powers are Judai's Haou abilities. Cus yea.... the amount there is silly.

Yeah, I can sorta see why, it's definitely going downhill. And yes, the latter is Erland. They haven't called Hoshi a Mary Sue again yet. I'm waiting for them to so I can bite some heads off, cause, in all honesty? I want to.

Other than the fact that I'm lazy. Think of me as the guy who tries to change things from the inside, rather than dissent and start another RP in what I consider an over-saturated fandom as-is. Although, glad to think that Liz and I could pull it off, means a lot coming from the soon-to-be writer you are.

And yeah. I have no problem if some of the powers end up making sense and not being over the top? But, c'mon. A Five-God-Dragon in human form? A student fused with a Lovecraftian Horror that's only a moderately good card at best? A god fracturing off a part and forming a Marty Stu that's only flaw is being lazy as all get out? That's not even going into Jean, with which I could fill up a post and a half....

Yes, we live. SVE's got uni work and is pottering about in Death Note Dressing. I've been setting up some RP elsewhere and got back into the Pokemon fandom, amazingly. And got rejected for three jobs since because I'm too skilled and good for the work. WTF. No job's too good if you're out of work.

It's been going downhill for a year, I reckon. Erland's character has been noticed by a few people, so you're not alone there. This mod who can't duel the bad guys would be Togepi, right? I've never had problems with her. She's nice, but as Juudai's player she has a lot on her plate.

It's also good you're trying to affect change. I'm just skeptical since people have tried before and look at the state it's in now. The problem is affecting change in the minds of those in charge. That and DA2 asides Dressing is the only YGO RP I've seen on LJ or IJ. There's certainly room for another. Everyone has the right to open a new RP. I think you and Liz CAN pull it off, honestly - you're been around long enough to see how things work. I've opened an RP on IJ and a Pokemon RP on LJ and I've learned a lot.

Yeah. Isn't there, like, 5-6 Jeans now? I counted 8 at one time.

	Yeah. Hhonestly, I like Togepi. I think she deserves a break and the RP tazes her too much with Juudai having to save the universe all the time. I'm going to do my best, and hell, if that doesn't work, I might start up a new RP. Six. Jean herself. Dianne(With additional personalities Grave, Yasha, and Victoria) and Pink.
