1. The two of them met through Julian.
2. Though he kept a professional distance, out of appreciation for Julian, and learning of her abilities, he occasionally was willing to feed her addiction with a power source that gave a high level kick, due to its potential being based only on the level of charge - but was almost entirely safe without a high level of electromagnetic energy present.
3. Under supervision, she's been able to visit Genosha a few times on Julian's arm. Obviously it has given her quite the opportunity, even under escort, to sample new tastes.
4. Though not linking too closely, they do have some common business ventures, and occasionally provide professional advice for each other, sharing some interests and social circles.
5. He has taken actively endorsing the second generation of the X-Factor show under advisement, but hasn't decided fully yet.
