Testing! All the pretty lights
Jess is staring into the pantry. This is scary. Someone had bought all of her favorite things.

And what looks to be like everyone else's too. She raises one eyebrow and then the other. For a moment she isn't sure if she should laugh or not. Instead she shakes her head and moves to sit on a stool in the big and very shiny looking kitchen at their new head quarters.

She is hungry but all the food that appeals to her different tastes is off putting just a bit. It's too easy. That's when she gets a bright idea.

She starts to dig around for materials. She'll try making pizza. That will make things just hard enough to be interesting.

	With all the fresh cut veggies and everything else, Heather was pretty sure the kitchen was smelling pretty good right now. And she couldn't smell any of it. She looked down, clenching a fist. His eyes go wide at Saisha's demonstration. He can't quite decide to be terrified or in awe. Luckily he hears Jess before he has to decide. Henry? Who's...oh!

"It's Harry actually but it's okay really! Don't worry about it! Common mistake, I don't mind!" Great...he's rambling.

While Jess works on one Harry starts on the other. He's not sure if the sauce is done so he collects the ingredients and starts grating the cheese.

"I could use a hand with the cheese, we need enough for two pizzas." He's secretly glad the other group pacifist is here, it makes him less nervous. One less person to worry about when it came to people fighting.

Since Harry took up the cheese grating, Florian stirred the sauce a couple of more times and handed on pot off to Jess keeping the other to begin spreading the sauce himself. He bites his lip, noticing Heather's solid tear, and knowing that she's terrified that she's not anything even remotely human anymore. He decides to take a stab at lightening the air.

"All we need now is some Deano music. A little "Mambo Italiano" to set the mood."

	"I am not familiar with that term." Go figure. "This is dance music? Italian and... Spanish influence?" she guesses, as she idly whirls the knives about in her hands without paying them much mind until she can set them by the sink without running into anyone. "Harry?" Jess stops and flushes but it doesn't show up much on her skin.

"Sorry. I'm still trying to remember who everyone is." She dips a spoon into the sauce and uses it to coat the crust she made with a decent coat. She wants to be sure there's enough to get a good taste of the sauce with the toppings.

"Should this be the veggie one or the other one," Jess asks.

"Really, it's okay. It's all kinda new so I don't expect you to remember."

He turns to Heather: "They're singers pretty much and the song goes like- actually wait I've got a better idea."

There's a flash of Indigo light and Harry teleports away. He remembers seeing the intercom system somewhere...

Another flash and he's back with a large goofy grin while the speakers start playing Dean's version of Mambo Italiano. He turns to Heather. "There you go! It's quite good music really."

He glances at Cindy with an apologetic smile. "I promise to put up Clooney's version after."

Florian wags the spoon he had used to spread the sauce out with at Cindy. "That's practically blasphemous. Dean Martin has the best version."

Absently, he answers Jess as he scrapes the extra sauce into a container to save for later. "Yours should be the veggie one, the one I spread already has meat in the sauce, so we might as well load it with the works. Thank you, Harry."

He adds the last bit as he finishes turning around with a grin. He sings along in tune and on beat while he steps out of the rest of the chefs ways and begins to mambo.

	Saishu listens to the music a few moments, then watches the start of the mamboing. Interesting. She has nothing more to chop up, and everything else seems handled, so she glances again at the person who seems most interested in introducing her to these things in useful detail. 	He's gotten a lot more relaxed now that the music is on. He's certainly not as nervous as before, and everyone involved has been quite nice. Harry laughs as he joins Florian in the mambo. "Come on Cindy, we'll make a mambo line. I'm sure you're a lot better than you say. And if we get five then I'll have to put on mambo number 5!" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

He glances at Cindy, "Did you want to play the Clooney version before Mambo number 5? Actually...", this time he looks at Lenny.

Flash of light and he's gone. In a moment there's another flash and he's in front of Lenny with the portable control panel for the speaker system. "Well, do you want to be the DJ? We'll be your puppets and dance to whatever you choose." He throws Lenny a smile and hopes it works. He wants everyone to feel included.

Florian rolls his eyes, but he's still smiling. "Well if she hasn't heard it...but really all he did was string together some traditionally female names."

Looking towards Saishu he nods. "I'm sure we'd love to teach you, though, I don't know if you'd want to learn the more complicated partnered moves or just the basic step?"

Directed for Jess and Cindy he adds, "It doesn't matter how good you are if you're enjoying yourself, awkward elbow injuries or not."

She does love dancing no matter how badly she thinks she fouls it up. "And I like music. I go running a lot so I like listening to something to add some extra... I dunno, fun to it."
