She never tells me anything to my face. I believe it's because some people told her my job performance slipped...which is B FING S. I never work directly with her, She has to go off what other managers and such say.
Darren(my ASM, the manager who works with me) pulled me aside for a talk...only AFTER they let issues go so far everyone appeared to be mad at me. Pam assumes if people are coming to her (she's the GM) the issues have already been brought to my attention...but they were not.
Darren said a whole bunch of BS and blew everything out of proportion..so I've just been fucking werking my skin off and blowing my UPH out of the water...nearly doubling it, when others' can't even hit theirs...so now if they gyp me... It's personal, because I have proof, in numbers, that I am working hard.
