Third person writing sample:
Deidara hit his pencil against the desk rapidly, rat-a-tat-a-ta-ta-click, until the tip broke and he dropped it and watched it roll. It stopped before it went over the edge of the desk, but Deidara wasn't going to grab it if it changed its mind and decided to keep going up and over.

It wasn't like Deidara was actually making any use of it; all that he'd written down in his notebook were numbers and clueless copies of things his teacher wrote up on the dirtied whiteboard, most of which Deidara didn't even understand. The lectures made sense enough that he followed what was going on when he actually chose to pay attention, but once it was on paper he was a little clueless. He did, however, find it easy enough to understand numbers: 79 was gold, 6 was carbon, and 55 mixed with some good ol' H2O made for a day far more interesting than the current one.

Ah, and wouldn't that be nice if that happened. Perhaps a few people would get caught in the outlash of the explosion (Deidara wondered if he himself would), though how a student stupid enough to mix the two would be in the class to get a hold of the chemicals, Deidara had no idea. It was nice enough to imagine the whole school stopping, asking what happened.

And if Deidara was still alive and kicking, he could tell them, "It was something beautiful, yeah."

"--and, Deidara, I'm so glad to hear you have a thought to share with the class."

He must have been talking to himself again, too caught up to realise he was still in a place where other people could hear him, though he didn't really care if they thought he was weird or not. It was just annoying to be called out - especially considering he'd placed himself in the back rows so he didn't have to worry with that whole 'professor acknowledging him' thing.

"I got nothin', yeah," he said, loudly, and everything resumed - the class, their stupid ignorant lives, and his fantasy. In it, the professor didn't die in the explosion; he lived a long, miserable life and died in his sleep. Lame, indeed.

Other Notes: ~~(Footnote) Example of Deidara interrupting others is as follows: "Hey lame-o, I'm really happy for you and I'mma let you finish but I make the greatest art of all time. OF ALL TIME, yeah."~~
He speaks oddly, adding "yeah" to the end of his sentences (it makes him sound tougher).

Welcome! Be sure to do the following with your character journal:

o1. Join both the IC (

last_stretch) and the OOC (

reach_for_ooc) communities as well as

sticky_noto and add

ls_mod as a friend here. Only then will you be able to comment to the friend add/remove entry. Here, you will also add all the players to your IC journal.

o2. Once you are friended, you'll be able to view certain friends-locked entries. Next, you will go here and fill out the player contact information. When we dot all the "i's" and cross the "t's," we will promptly add you to the official taken characters list.

o3. Please also take the time to add a phone post to your character journal. The phone posts are used for characters to communicate outside of the company journals. Once done, please comment to this post with your information.

o4. And finally, please disable the custom comment pages on your character journal. Information on how to do and and why we do it can be found here. Also there is how to work out layouts on Scribbld, if you're new to this. ♥

And you're done! You are also free to write an introductory post in the OOC community, and write up a character info post in your journal!
