To ruin or to be ruined, that's the type of society and it's rules that Arc Engyl has lived up to all of his life. It was nothing but slums everywhere. Technology and adroids ruled the humans. He was once human, but changed two-thirds of his body to become an android - which enhanced his abilities. Personal stamina were much stronger and lasted longer than ordinary humans, and his gunsmanship and combat fighting aren't to be taken lightly.
& PERSONALITY ;;
He's naturally a good-hearted guy; always wanting to help those in need of it. Also, he won't usually pick a fight with others unless they do something rather rude or completely unncessary. Otherwise, Arc likes making friends and will always put others first before him even when his life is at stake.
