Two months after the suspicious arson of the Collectibles Boutique, the MLE are no closer to finding those responsible. Unfortunately they are confident in confirming the death of the shop owner, Chester Scabior. Remains found at the scene indicated a grim picture from the beginning, but it wasn't until recently that the test came back proving that they were in fact those of Mr. Scabior. Chester was a 1977 graduate of Hogwarts, and only twenty-five at the time of his death.
